Ryan Finn, a dedicated healthcare professional, created this Improvement Plan Toolkit with the vision of empowering nurses to enhance patient care and safety outcomes.

Mission Statement: 

This improvement plan tool kit aims to enable nurses to implement and sustain safety improvement measures in health care settings in a medical surgical unit. The tool kit has been organized into four categories with three annotated sources each. The categories are as follows: best practices of medication administration, factors leading to medication administration errors, prevention of nurse deviation from best practices of medication administration, and Utilization of BCMA to prevent MAE’s.
